  • Do you provide on site parking?
    Yes! When you arrive at the practice you will see to the right of the building is the entrance of our car park.
  • Are you accepting new NHS patients?
    Unfortunately we are not currently accepting new NHS patients. We are accepting private patients, if this is of interest you, give us a call on 0121 557 9342 or email Greatbridgedental@gmail.com to enquire.
  • I can't attend my appointment now, what do I do?
    Not an issue, give us a call on 0121 557 9342 at least 24 hours before your appointment time so we can give your space to someone else. If you do not give us at least 24 hours notice you will breach our FTA policy and could lose your space at the practice.   • Do you provide emergency appointments?
    Yes, if you're in need of a dental emergency then please contact the practice on 0121 557 9342 at 8:30am, the receptionist will be able to offer you an appointment within 24 hours based on your symptoms and pain level. If you require a dental emergency appointment outside of our opening hours, then please contact NHS 111 and press 1 for dental services.
  • What can I do if I need treatment but can't pay in full?
    Not to worry, we offer finance options fror those that need it, for more information please give us a call on 0121 557 9342 or click here to be redirected to our selection of payment methods to find out how you can spread the cost of your treatment.
  • Am I exempt from paying for my treatment?
    Possibly, you must meet the required criteria in order to avoid paying for your treatment, click here to be redirected to the NHSBSA exemption form to find out or give us a call on 0121 557 9342 and we will try help you work out if you may be exempt. *Please note that not all treatment is covered under an exemption, for example aesthetics. *
